ALL CHAPTER ADVISORS
Must pick up wristbands and name badges for all students and adults attending the state contest, no students or adults will be allowed to place projects or enter a contest without the wrist band. (If registration is closed these may be picked up at the Information desk)
To receive awards at the Waco competition, ALL schools are required to complete the Registration process. Each station must be checked and completed for your school to be registered.

Dress Code
Minimum dress requirements for NQEs at State Contest will be General Session attire as outlined by National TSA.
1. Button-up shirt with collar or Polo - official TSA shirt is preferred but not required
2. Dress skirt or pants
3. Dress shoes or dress boots - females can wear open-toe shoes or sandals
Exceptions to rule:Chapter Team Event; Extemp & Prepared Presentation; Debating Technological Issues. The above events require a higher standard of dress. No Polo’s allowed. Tie highly encouraged for boys.
Chapter teams must meet dress code as outlined in TSA National Competitive Events guide. No exceptions allowed.

Labels
When you check in you will be given entry labels to be attached to your entries. One designated person from each region has been tasked with getting the data turned in on or before March 24, 2016.
Labels should be placed on the back of projects or portfolios. For onsite events with no portfolio, your label will be used an entrance ticket.
Pre-Submit Competitions
Promotional Graphics HS, Webmaster HS, Website Design MS, and Video Game Design must be submitted before contest. You can use the following link to submit for any of the above. Please make sure you submit your digital entries before MONDAY- April 11, 2016 @ Midnight - Central Standard Time.
Written Exam and Graphic Solutions
Registration is required for. Instructor must turn in the completed exam registration sheet before 2 p.m., To the registration desk. We need a list of your student(s), their ID #, and the test and/or graphic solution(s) they will each be taking. It helps if you have them broken out according to session #1 or session #2 also. Each qualified student will then receive a pass to enter the exam.
State Qualifying book and Money: (regional designee only) State Entry Books must be filled out according to forms provided by Texas TSA. All State Entry Fees must be paid to the REGIONAL CONTACT PERSON ONLY. There should be one check only per region and all fees must be presented by 4pm on Friday, to the Texas TSA Executive Director.
Any Region/School not paid by 4pm, will forfeit all awards. NO EXCEPTIONS.
